Remember when FG stated that ASUU demanded for 1 trillion Naira and ASUU corrected that by saying it’s actually 1.3 trillion Naira? School seems to be far away from most of us in Federal universities and it’s sad to break that.
In connection with the report stated few days back. The Minister of Labour says FG still can’t meet ASUU demand
According to the Punch Newspaper article
It was reported that:
“The Minister of Labour, Employment and Productivity, Dr Chris Ngige, has stated that the Federal Government does not have the funds to meet its obligations in the agreement signed with the Academic Staff Union of Universities”.
At the end of this, the students are losing out more and even though we are not ready for examinations that await us after this, a four year course shouldn’t reach seven years.
