Ghanaian Song Become Viral Sensation In Nigeria

We’re all aware of the constant rivalry between Ghanaian and Nigerian Netizens, The constant bickering on Social media about who has the best Jollof Rice, Music, and so on.

Shatta Wale, a quite popular Ghanaian musician known for his constant outrageous bluffs of being better than Nigerian artists called out Nigerians for not listening to Ghanaian Music in 2021.

The Ghanaian song “Kwaku the traveller” is a hit song by Black Sherif. It was released on March 31st, 2022, and rose to the very top of Apple Music’s top 100 Nigeria by the 3rd of April. It’s still number 1 today.

Kwaku The Traveller” has also garnered international recognition as it is currently number 73 on the Apple music top 100 global music chart.

This makes me wonder if Black Sherif is the greatest or if Nigerians just prefer his sound to other artists, likely the latter though.
