This is a two-day program and its purpose is to establish a relationship between the best university students all over the country before and after they graduate. The primary goal of engaging these students is to expose them to a world-class institution and shortlist suitable candidates for the LBS Management Scholarship Academy. Candidates that could become future administrative staff and ultimately faculty members are also welcome. This program would help the school build a channel of bright academics for the African continent.

Scholarship Aim
The aim of the scholarship is to:
- Show participants what it’s like to work as a faculty member, researcher, and admin staff.
- Introduce participants to a career in Management research and teaching.
- Introduce participants to channels for an academic career in the school: Management Scholarship Academy and the LBS Ph.D. program.
- Discuss the origins and influences of the institution’s culture and history.
- Build a network of young and talented people who may be interested in the MBA program.
Scholarship Eligibility
- The candidate should not be older than 30 at the time of the interview.
- The program is open to students in their final year of college or university, as well as recent graduates.
- First- or second-class upper-class standing is required for these pupils.
- Previous Young Talents Program(YTP) participants are ineligible to reapply for the program.
