Why groceries (garri) and its company should be added as first aid kits

Health is wealth and I’m sure you would agree with me that with good food, there would be agility and sustainability to the body. However, the prevailing poverty level and high level of unemployment in the country have made the means of survival for people tough. People living below $1 per day tend to strive and survive with whatever they can get because there is low or no source of income for them.

In times like this, most people settle for what they can afford so they mostly opt for Garri and some inferior goods, as it has proven to be one of the affordable, cheapest, and more sustaining foods that can ensure survival.

Garri is well known as cassava flakes in the modern world, produced from cassava, and can be found in all homes and various stores across the West Africa sub-region in Nigeria, saving lives before and even beyond the Red Cross.

Garri, as it is well known for its students’ rebranded name, Groceries, has proven to be the bestie of life for lots of lads on campus and generally nationwide. The satisfaction derived from its consumption, especially in combo with its company; groundnut (flowing berries), sugar (sweeter), and chocolate crunches (kuli kuli), among others, cannot be underrated.

I’m sure you would want to ask the million-dollar question “What is the comparison between   And why should it be added as a first aid kit? Alright, we are getting there so let’s dive in.

First aid is well known as the first and immediate assistance or treatment given to any person with either a minor or serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, or promote recovery until medical services arrive.

First aid aims to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, and promote recovery pending the arrival of medical services. However, Garri and its company have played a vital role in preserving people’s lives for those who do not have means of sustaining themselves and have also promoted sustainability for people hungry pending when the real food will be ready.

Some people might as well think that cassava flakes (garri) are local, and only meant for broke or poor people, probably because it is locally made. That is not so true because several rich guys also take garri with white caramel (milk) and enough sugar (sweeter) to taste, pending the time edible food will be ready as I’ve earlier said.

It has proven to be the fastest food available consumed by all classes of citizens for survival, and sustainability. In addition, it is flexible to bake (to prepare Eba with the preferred soup of choice), drink when concentrated with chilled water, sugar, groundnut, and finally chew. This has earned it a food that could be taken on time pending the arrival of the proper edible food.

According to some series of interview that was organized among university students, research has it that garri which is now known among them as groceries have done more good than harm. It can also be taken with any protein of your choice. And trust me; it is pocket-friendly and a lifesaver!
